Yes, there is a 2-hour buffer required between the end of one rental and the start of the next.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! We offer a 5% discount for 3 days of renting.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. It is $250.00 per vehicle.
What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
Shortest rental: 2 days.
Longest rental: As much as the renter needs.
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
There's a 7.38% sales tax coupon and fees.
How many miles are included with the rental?
Each rental includes 250 miles per day.
What are your standard business hours?
Our regular hours are 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, daily.
What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?
We deliver and pickup over 25 miles on a case by case basis.
What are the allowed pick-up and return times?
Pick-ups and returns are available between 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?
Delivery and pick up over 25 miles radius on a case by case basis.
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
Yes, after-hours pick-up and return may be allowed with prior advance notice.
Are there any important extra details renters should know?
Young Driver Fee (ages 21–24): $250 + Paramons Rides Personnel approval
Prepaid Gas: $45
Refueling Fee: $15 + cost of fuel
Late Return Fee: $30 per day
Retrieval Fee (if vehicle needs to be picked up): $100
Smoking Cleaning fee: $350.00
What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?
Additional mileage is charged at $0.25 per mile, and $0.35 per miles after.
What is the cost for an additional driver?
The cost for an extra driver is $300.
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
Absolutely NO smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.).
Evidence of smoking will result in a $350 cleaning fee.
We kindly ask: don't try to cover it up with fragrances—we will notice.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Renters are responsible for all tolls incurred and should notify Paramons Rides Personnel if they plan to use toll roads.
Toll charges are $50.00.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
Standard cleaning fee is $350.00
